Let me start by saying I don't write a lot of reviews, but when I do it's because I am passionate about the person/business I have found. Ritu's Smooth and Silky is definitely on top of this list for me. I have been her client for over 6 years now. I get my threading, brazilian and waxing done here and I couldn't be more happier, so much so that I still go to her after I moved nearly 30kms away from Carnegie! I have recommended several friends here too and they have all had the same thing to say. The brazilian and waxing is really professional-almost pain free. The girls really make you feel comfortable and that helps calm your nerves. I've always had the best experience every time I've visited them, so I highly recommend Ritu and her team's services to every woman looking for a great beauty salon in Melbourne.

After visiting so many Threaders finally i found the right one for me and my daughter. I get my full face threading done and i have been going to Shopping centers paying more than $70 for full face and not fully satisfied then someone recommended me to smoothnsilky . I went here recently for my first brazillian. Was very nervous and almost embarrassed because I had always shaved and my hair was very thick. The girl i who did my wax made me feel really comfortable and it was noticeable that she had been waxing for years. Was not even painful and have been back a few times since. Have never had any problems with ingrown hairs or anything - but I did buy the shower gel and cream which I use every day and it helps. Will never go anywhere else. Of it your first time then go here!! They have great loyalty Cards also ...

I've just moved to the area and twice have decided to give Smooth and Silky a try for eyebrow threading. The first visit, I asked for my brows to be cleaned up but to keep the shape and I left with two very thin brows which did not suit my face shape. I thought I'd give them a second go today, this time I've left with a more suitable shape but I'm still far from thrilled. My biggest gripe with Smooth and Silky is the chairs they use. I'm not tall but these chairs are designed for a person much shorter than me, both times after my appointment I've walked out with a painful back from having to sit awkwardly throughout the threading. I've learnt my lesson this time and will not be returning.

I am professional trainer in a gym . I get my wax and threading done from smoothnsilky from last three years. Never broke out , no ingrown and to be very honest i have tried Eyebrow threading so many other places before i started going to them but they are the best in town. Always busy and always perfect. I went to this salon for the first time the other day, and i wish id discovered it earlier. The girls were friendly and polite, but not over the top, which made the experience more relaxing. Id never had eyebrow threading before, and although it was initially a little different to waxing, it had great results and my skin didn't break out bright red like it usually does with wax. Id definitely go back to this salon. Thanks ladies, you did an amazing job!
