We definitely would not recommend this business. I called Peter and asked for a quote to look at my fridge which had water in the crisper draws. He came at the agreed time and immediately began work on the fridge. I said, I asked you for a quote, he ignored me and kept on working. I asked again about a quote, again he ignored me and continued working. I also asked him if it was worth fixing and if he knew how much longer the fridge might last, again he ignored me. After about an hour, he said ok, that'll be $150, I said I asked you twice for a quote. ok he said, that'll be $95. Stupidly I paid him, there is still water in the crisper draws, its not fixed. Do not use this arrogant man.

Friendly but ordinary service. They came out to fix our washing machine and said it needed a part and that they would try and track it down, six weeks later we still haven't heard from them. They also took a part out to see if it would help but actually made it worse and wouldn't work at all. It cost us $90.00 for them to come out. We have now brought a new washing machine.

Peter Smillie fixed my dishwasher and it has performed perfectly for 5 years since. Over the years he has fixed 4 other appliances. I have found him to be honest and reliable and would recommend him to anyone.

This guy forgot my initial appointment, never apologised for not turning up, then "fixed" my dishwasher but a week later it broke again. Funny that the same thing happened to my neighbour.
