I ordered a Smith machine bench and weights. They can not provide the product, as I can not get any information from them. They apparently have given the delivery company half the order to deliver, I have refused the delivery basked on missing several cartons. They don't answer the phone number they don't respond to emails and they don't bother responding to the chat. I have had to go to Depart Fair Trading to get a full refund. STAY AWAY from this company.

This is certainly the worst online company I ever purchased goods from. I took almost 2 month to receive my rowing Maschine. When it finally came some parts were broken ( maybe transport damage) but the wheels were missing as well. Community with the owner is non existent. I tried phoning, texting and e. Mails. When I logged I case with pay pal finally received some answers. apparently a container got missing . I honestly think the owner is scam artist and only the treat of demanding my money back through PayPal
got some action.
I certainly do not recommend this business

After reading other reviews, I was concerned I wasn't going to get my rowing machine at all. Anyway, it arrived today and is fantastic. Took only 5days to arrive from interstate, from the time of purchase to delivery. Couldn't be happier! Thanks guys

After almost 2 months I have only one of two boxes of a rowing machine. They never answer the phone, tell lies about shipments and show no interest in you getting what you paid for. If you're "lucky enough" to receive your goods, forget after sales or warranty service. One of the worst online retail experiences I've ever had.

Bought the M1 multifunctional rack from the team at Smart Fitness Equipment and was pleasantly surprised. Look, its not going to be quite at the level of separate machines but as far as a multifunctional machine goes, it does the job better than expected. The price is also extremely competitive.

The only downside is the instruction manual which was extremely hard to work out. In the end there are some youtube videos you can watch that will assist.

Otherwise, the aftersale support was excelled with Zac answering my queries and even helping me when the delivery company lost some of the weights. Overall, i'm extremely happy with the price, equipment and support.

Poor quality - I am certain you could get the same on a chinese drop shipping marketplace like Alibaba.

Shipping took months (quoted days) - owner of shop would not answer any of my attempts to contact - literally zero response.

Rowing machine came with missing hardware (bolts missing - not detrimental but still extremely annoying especially given the total cost) and much worse quality than pictured.

Avoid at all costs - you are better off spending more $$$ for a better quality product, timely delivery and a vendor that won't literally ignore you

Ordered equipment early September. Was supposedly meant to be delivered Late Sept. Virtually no comminication. Its now Nov 5 and still nothing. Got a msg its with courier to which they say they havent received it. I hold little hope to ever see it.
These guys are either scammers, or utterly hopeless.

Bought the multi fitness trainer of Zac! Amazing service, great product. Can’t complain at all!! Would buy again.

Worst customer service I have ever received. I purchased equipment back in March and am still waiting for the issues to be rectified.
Smart Fitness never offered a replacement and have refused my refund request until I return the goods at my own cost.
Don't waste your money.
