The Yum Cha at Sky Phoenix is really good, they are probably one of the best in the city. The food is always fresh and the trolleys come around quickly.

Had a quick lunch here today and wasn't that impressed. Didn't order a lot. We ordered the prawn rice dumpling (har cheong), siu mai, har kau (prawn dumpling), stir fried noodles, egg tarts.

Egg tarts was very nice and light, it didn't break and pastry was crunchy.

The prawn dumplings were crunchy and fresh with big prawns. Nothing special with the stir fried noodles unfortunately.

Had better yum cha in my opinion.

What a disappointment! Thanks for sharing, I will probably give this restaurant a miss.

Sky phoenix has plenty of non-chinese patrons is one of the best yum cha places i've tried in sydney and funnily, it's the chinese/asians that have yet to discover this gem. They probably avoid it due to its non-asian patronage. Don't expect great service. this is after all a chinese restaurant at the end of the day.Best place for yum cha if you want delicious food.love to go there again.

went there for the afternoon tea with my colleague, everything is perfect there, food are lovely except there is a long hair in the veg dishes.....although change another one for us, but the feeling is really bad about this!

Went there for a wedding reception. The food was great, and I was surprised that at this massive scale the quality did not drop. A great place for a function, because it is spacious and pre drink area available. There is also a separate area that is ideal for traditional Chinese tea ceremony prior to the banquet.

Do they not have enough plates, and bowls ? The staff were extremely fixated on retrieving em.

I don't like anything on my table removed without being asked. I was asked at first but then that kinda died out.

I'm not too sure if I'd be recommending this place.

It's just as good as all the other restaurants. This one seems to be massive so you have more space. We luckily were able to book but there were a lot of people cuing for tables.. Try an book ahead especially for things like mothers day.

I went here for a wedding reception, and the quality of the food was exceptional! Every course was delivered with precise timing, best quality, and impeccable style. Decoration was stylish, and beautiful. Service was very helpful.
