Tried for the first time today - will not be returning ..one of the women who served us was extremely rude - terrible service. Coffee wasn't great either.

Second visit to New Magill outlet. Poor and disorganised service again. No sign of anyone in charge. We asked for 3 Sausage Rolls, 3 doughnuts and a toasted Chicken Chipotle roll takeaway (and 3 Soft Drinks). We were served the Sausage Rolls and Doughnuts straight away. 20 minutes later we received the toasted roll. Sausage rolls ended up being only slightly warm by the time the kids ate them. Wouldn't have worried about how expensive it was, if the service was good.

Approximate cost: $47

New outlet opened on Magill rd. Decided to try out as we love fresh sourdough bread. Disappointed. The bread must have been at least a day old. The blueberry muffin also did no5 taste fresh. Shopitself looksgreat. Excellent customer service, but won’t be going back again unless I am looking for toasting bread

I buy bread from the stand in the bakery just about every week, I must say I bought a plait with sesame seeds, I love bread with sesame seeds, it's not that easy to find for some reason or another, anyway, I was looking forward to it, but I was disappointed, there was no flavour in the bread and it seemed stale! I was very disappointed, I ended up feeding the chickens with it.3

Approximate cost: $3.70

We have had bread from this spot in the markets a number of times and have always found it to be lovely. This weekend we tried their pizza dough and that was good also. This is a small outlet of this bakery in the central markets near the pet store.

I normally buy my bread from Skala, and have been reasonably very happy. But the other day I was very disappointed when the loaf of bread I bought was stale. I went back a few days later and complained about it. The lady I spoke to did not even take my complaint seriously and shrugged me off, saying that was impossible as the bread is always fresh. I was not looking to get a free loaf but at least she could have taken my complaint seriously. Anyway not in a hurry to go back there.Whatever happened to the customer is always right?

Very nice food, and quite a good range given the limited floor space they have. I can't say I like the uniforms... but I have to say they make the best cornish pasty I have had in a very long time.
