Does anyone know where this butcher went? They were really the best and I miss my butcher!
I Love this butcher - they have great products and are very knowledgeable about all types of meat. We are never disappointed with out meat from SK.
there are butchers and there are butchers but these guys are the best when it come to quality meat , they know the product and give you great service and always have plenty of snags and steak for the weekend bbq so give them a go i have and i get here as often as i can
After being a slave to the habit of shopping for Meat in the Large chains for years I thought that I would give my local butcher a go... That was over three years ago and I have not looked back. Yes they are more expensive but the quality of the meat is beyond comparison. Service is excellent and the owner is very friendly and helpful. Oh... and he can cook as well so his advice for cooking meat to perfection is invaluable..

Hello, Yes I do know where he went...His name is Aaron and he sold his business and now works for the Rocklea Meat Markets. He doesn't own it. I travel there every couple of weeks after calling first to make sure that he is on shift. He still lives out this way and from time to time will drop off my meat for me on his way home...It is important that you tell him that you are one of his ex customers. He will politely steer you away from stuff he wouldn't recommend to his clients. He's a great guy. If you go tell him Allan put you in touch. He will look after you... Just trust him if you ask for something and he kinda shakes his head.
