Went to Bundaberg Sizzler for lunch last week and if it was my first ever visit to a Sizzler store would be unlikely to ever set foot in one ever again.

There was a notice beside the pumpkin soup stating that weather conditions had affected the crop but that the soup should still be of the usual high quality or something along those lines. Instead it was totally inedible.

The variety in salads had decreased since my last visit and were not up to the regular Sizzler standard.

The bread pudding had far more sugar than it has done in the past and was sickly sweet.

I'm unlikely to visit this store again, but will have no hesitation in visiting those in other areas where the food has always been of a high standard.

Thanks for a well written, detailed review. Certainly sounds like a disappointing experience. As for the sign appearing in the vicinity of the pumpkin soup, we remain curious regarding its specific contents. However if it was as inedible as you claim, then it should not have been on display in the first place. Irrespective of this, it sounds like a positively terribly experience and a complete waste of money. Thanks for the heads-up. Reeces

Thanks for this! I have to agree with you, Bundaberg has one of the worst Sizzlers in the country and i have been to a fair few!

Always can get a table at Sizzler Bundy except on busy days whch is understandable like Mothers Day etc. Restaurant is clean, staff are well presented and food is devine. Love Sizzler cheesy toast!

Approximate cost: $20.00
