I came to see Jenny for cosmetic tattooing. I felt very comfortable and informed of what to expect throughout the treatment and beyond. Location and treatment room were great. Jenny made me feel very comfortable to ask questions and invited me to call afterwards if I needed follow up information or clarification. I had eyebrow and eyeliner tattooing. Eyebrows felt like a tingly massage. Eyeliner was more sensitive, slightly more painful but taken slowly and therefore manageable.

I have been seeing Jenny at Melbourne Massage and Beauty for two years now for massages and facials and cannot fault the service. I live a half hour away and continue to come here because of the quality of Jenny, value for money and professionalism Jenny provides. I went to Jenny for Laser Tattoo removal. Very good service. State of the art Medical grade Laser Machine. I would suggest using the Emla creme to numb the skin to help take the edge off. Pain was 7/10. Jenny is a lovely professional lady with 30 years Nursing experience and knows what she is doing. Felt very relaxed and trusted Jenny. Will go back and get more tattoos removed.
