The service was terrible. They left my carpet very wet and big brown stains appeared. When I complained and asked to speak to the manager about the problem they fobbed me off. Eventually I spoke to the operator and asked him to come back and deal with the problem, he refused and was extremely rude. He said that I must have stained the carpet myself and threatened me. I was quite nervous and reported the matter to the local police who phoned the operator and told him he wasn't to come near me. The company sent another operator and he treated the stains and said he would contact me the next day to see how it went.The stains were still there although fainter. He did not contact me and I phoned the company again and made a further fuss. The operator came back and treated the stains again and now I have bleach marks on my carpet.

They didn't turn up on the day because the booking person completely stuffed the appointment. Check your booking if you use them. I cant really comment on the service itself.
