Silly Yaks is a manufacturer of 100% wheat free, 100% gluten free bakery goods. They make awesome gluten free fresh gnocchi, pizza bases, pies, bread, cakes, hot cross buns, biscuits and much much more. Whilst their products are stocked in stores, they open their factory outlet once a month, and boy, it's like a candy shop for those who can't eat gluten.
