Dimitri, Lisa and their assistant Renu are not only extremely skilled & professional but they are immensely personable. Dimitri fully understands the Redkin products he uses. He's a brilliant colorist and gives great advice as to cut and color. It's always a lovely experience going to Silky Waves. I'd totally recommend it.

Friendly and engaging! All staff members in the salon know my name, beverages are always offered accompanied with glass of water! love the shortbread that comes with the hot drink! Renu has magic hands when doing the head and hand massage! salon is always clean, warm (winter), cool (summer) and music is not too loud! Lolly jar on counter is brilliant
