Just had the same experience, when I ask about things they have done all of a sudden they can't clean for me anymore, I was polite and civil but I could not ask them anything. This morning I found them to be completely unprofessional, I asked them to move their car to under the carport instead of in the mud, because I did not want mud trampled through my house and particularly where there was carpet (this has happened with them before). It started from there, one of them did not even bother to speak to me at all, the job was not done properly and they left a bag of rubbish at my door, this is my house, not yours and I was not unreasonable.

I cannot recommend Shine Home Cleaning. The proprietors were initially enthusiastic and seemed keen to work with me to get a result I was happy with. They asked for feedback but when I told them some things still needed improving after several cleans, they quit with no notice.
