My fiancee and I went to Shiels to purchase an engagement ring after finding the right ring we purchased it, my happiness was short lived after a week one of diamonds had fallen out, so back to the jewellers too get it fixed, then two weeks later the diamond fell out again so back to get it fixed and I was left without a ring once again, well a week came and went ago and surprise surprise the diamond fell out once again so that was it, I rang up head office and got a full refund. I happily went across to Graham's and purchased a beautiful ring and not one diamond has fallen out.
