I went in for a hair and make-up makeover. I was impressed with the personal service. Loved the hair cut. I was incredibly impressed with the make up too. I am not someone who wears much make up and a little apprehensive. The result was no less than stunning. The whole experience was fun friendly and very comfortable with an AMAZING result. I was new to getting my hair coloured at a salon. Kendal and her team took the time to talk me through the process and discussed colouring options with me. I had fantastic service and loved the final colouring on my hair. Definitely recommend!

I have been twice to the salon, first time was a Facial, a gift. It was the most relaxing experience for me, I loved it.
The second time was for a hair and makeup session, which I enjoyed also. The girls are very friendly, I was given a very soft colour change, which suited me so well. Makeup was natural looking, and again so nicely done. As a mature aged woman, this did wonders for my self confidence, I left there feeling relaxed, and looking forward to showing the new me off.

I visited Shendals to get a keratin treatment done and was absolutes stoked with not only the results of the treatment but the customised, professional and friendly service I received from my stylist Zoe as well as the other stylists working on the day. I hadn't been to a hair salon in five years as I have super unmanageable curly hair that has always resulted in salon disasters so I am so glad that I have had such an amazing experience at Shendals and I will continue to go back there from now on! My stylist Zoe was very informative and helpful in helping me choose the best type of /strength of keratin treatment for my particular hair type and the results were better than I had imagined them to be! - My hair has never been so soft, silky and healthy whilst at the same time having zero frizz and a very relaxed wave compared to the messy curl I normally have. It is a miracle to be able to wake up to non-kinky soft and shiny manageable hair every morning that I can actually brush! (Something I have never been able to do with my natural hair unless it was wet). Zoe was happy to answer all my queries on maintenance and styling for my new hair and even gave me a few extra tips and tricks to achieve different styles such as vintage waves.
