I purchased two vouchers through this company via living social. during the time that the voucher was valid both recipients called at least 10 times each and left numerous messages for return calls to make appointments. Not one single call was returned. Only now (3 days before expiry of vouchers) the salon answered a call and pretty much said too bad! I find this service disgusting! How dare they take peoples money and not offer a way around the situation. Poor business ethics and ultimately a lack of customer services skills!
