Such a disappointment!My experience was that my dogs, for which I paid for a bath, were returned smelly, just covered in deodorant, and made my ands smelly and dirty when I stroked them. I also asked about how many dogs could be housed - blank look and a comment that they never overcrowd. But on chatting further admitted that sometimes up to three dogs in same kennel. To my mind that IS overcrowding! Will not be returning and would not recommend either.
