I have had 2 experiences with this company. The first time is when they installed my alarm system and programmed my remotes. They had come out ahead of schedule to program my remotes before the garage technician had come out so as a result, I had no remote access to my garage. I had called to complain to which they advised me that I could open the garage manually or I could pay a $180 call out fee for them to come out and sort it out. Now the 2nd time was because I wanted to know how to change the zones in my home since I wanted to redo them as I plan to turn the alarm on at night when i sleep. They offered very little help or advice and their protocol was to tell any caller that they need to send a technician out... obviously for a fee. Instead of answering the phone by saying "Sentinal alarms, ???? speaking" they may as well answer by saying "Sentinal alarms, $180 dollars please", althought they probably wouldnt say 'please' since they are so rude. not only would I not recommend this company, I would like to deter others from using them and saving themeselves the stress and the hassle that I had to go through. Also anyone builder that uses this company should know that their clients will be very unhappy that they picked such a poor company to do the security systems

The worst electrical work I have seen, wired up the house completely wrong and refuse to fix the problem because they are "To busy" spoken to someone else who had them wire up their house and the house has worst problem in that the house has some live wires running in negative points. I wouldn't get this company to wire up a dog kennel
