Will not being going back!!!! My son and I went for a haircut and they were horrendous. My son's hair which WAS gorgeous, long and curl was completely butchers into a short haircut (which I never asked for). I wanted a trim and the hairdresser ended up cutting off all his curls. They clearly didn't have a clue how to cut his hair seeing it was so curly so just picked up the scissor and started hacking into his hair. Now his hair looks like a 80's perm. I on the other hand, asked for a shoulder length bob, walked out with a bob that was uneven. The back is longer than the front. I don't know if they hire rookie hairdressers or just don't have a good attention to detail. Will not be going back here and will be telling all my friends in the area to be aware of this salon (if you can call it that!)

I just moved to the area and have been to Senso 3 times now and they just get better. All the staff are so cool, professional and innovative. They make me feel so special all the time and to top it off, the last time I was there, I was able to have a leg wax and manicure while the colour was processing..saves me so much time. Also, no apprentices doing my hair......Senso rocks.

Love Senso - have been coming here for 8 years and the team at Senso always look after me. Dom the owner is fantastic and I always get the results that I desire.

So disapointed. Management was so rude, very unprofessional to say the least. Needs to learn customer service and some manners while they're at it. Never going back and defiantly not recommending anyone to go there at all.

I have been to many salons over the years around the inner west and this would have to be top of my list. Service is excellent especially the head massage and they also have beauty therapist so you can have the works done all at the one place! I am never kept waiting and they are open late during the week which is excellent when your working. Always up on the latest styles and techniques also. Give it a go a real winner!

Having moved from the Hills area back to the inner city, I was a little apprehensive about locating a new salon. A friend then recommended Senso at Drummoyne to me as a welcoming & trendy place to try. That was a while ago & I have never looked back or thought about changing. The staff are so warm & friendly that youre spoilt from the moment you enter their premises. First its the friendly smile from their little apprentice who begins the journey by asking you what hot drink youd like - capo, latte or flat white. Then its off for a truly amazing and very soothing head massage. This all from the little dynamo apprentice who has a very courteous and sweet personality to her, all the way through to the style & dry. So if youre looking for a truly amazing experience, then forget the rest & just head to the best - Senso at Drummoyne.
