This is a wonderful experience. in the main dining area you sit at tabled at ground height and enjoy authentic Japanese cuisine. they have craved out seats so you don't have to sit cross legged if you don't want to. they also have normal tables. the food is good but nothing out of this world. you are paying for the experience. and I do mean paying $$$

Great authentic Japanese restaurant, lovely waitresses who are dressed well and very friendly. Some tables are lowered into the ground so it feels like you are sitting lower but still very comfortably. Had the Sakana (fish) for around $20 and it was delicious. Good idea to make a booking as it can get very crowded especially on the weekends.

When for Saturday dinner, the food was great, very delicious.

I would recommend people to try this restaurant, its one of our favorite Japanese restaurants in Perth.

Reservation is strongly recommended because they are always full during on Saturday!

Great place for authentic Japanese food. The setting too is lovely. You can choose to sit at a normal table or at a low table sunken into the ground. Great place to eat if you work in the city and are after something a little different.

It was really good alot of people up stairs singing Karaoke some i think were serial karaoke singers was fun to sit and watch after our meal down stairs you would see the same people almost race for the stage when someone had finished a song quiet funny!!!
Also a bar there to have your drinks not bad prices it was a good night

Best Japanese in Perth i have had to date.... Walking into this restaurant is like walking into Japan - all the waitresses are wearing Kimonos and the decorations are strictly Japanese. Virtually the same as I ate in Japan

This is possibly the best Japanese restaurant in Perth. The food is totally authentic and of very high quality. The waitresses even dress in authentic Japanese dress. The decor is perfect and the premises is very clean.

The karaoke bar upstairs is not that great (as expected) but it is totally separate from the restaurant and it does not affect your dining experience at all.

This restaurant offers an authentic Japanese experience. They even have the tables with the sunken floor bits to put your feet in. The food is well prepared and presented and of the highest quality. There's a karaoke bar upstairs (it's not always open so enquire first), which serves decently priced drinks and has the usual limited and weird selection of midi karaoke - but to make up for that, there's a stage and flashing lights!

Walking into this restaurant is like walking into Japan - all the waitresses are wearing Yukata (summer Kimono) and the decorations are strictly Japanese. The food is exquisitly prepared and displayed, and the taste is so authentic! It can be expensive depending on what food you order, but the set meals are great value for money.
