IT would be 1 star but they eventually try and fix the things wrong with the pool, takes about 2-3 weeks though. Replaced a few things to do with pump, lights, heat pump leaking and not bolted to concrete slab, took 1.54 ( yes one and a half) years to fix, had extra valve put in after nearly 2 years to stop issue that was 2 years old, just used it and it didn't work properly so I had the pool lose half its water until i managed to stem the flow and now it is emptying slowly so by Monday it will be empty - they wont give you anyone's mobile so when this happens at 5.10pm on saturday forget trying to reach anyone for help.
wiring and plumbing is a mess, not tied off, cables all over with no sequence or planning and the filter top and handle is pointing the wrong way so have to read everything upside down.

The actual Display Centre looks great. The Salesperson is great, however, when it actually comes to building the pool, they Sub-Contract EVERYTHING. When the Excavator came to our house they ripped off shelves in our garage, damaged the concrete in the shed, then left their Excavator and Bob Cat alongside the whole they dug, causing the wall to collapse in the Spa area. When they left, the left mud all up the driveway and didn't clean it for the next Sub-contractor, who were the Concreters. The Concreters were good. They cleaned the whole driveway, accidentally broke a Broom but informed me that they had and replaced it that afternoon. The company then Billed us an extra $540 for "Boxing-in the Spa area" and didn't even tell us about it, except when I looked at the next Installment Due. Fortunately, I photographed every step they took, had a Credible Friend who photographed the finished result and took the matter to the Consumer Affairs. Their accountant tried to argue it was a natural disaster, and kept telling us to refer to the contract. However, in the contract it specifically said "not without the written consent" of the Client. Therefore, we refused to pay the Variation and had a Concrete Shell for 6 months. Another thing they subcontracted off was the Plumbing to hook up the pipes to the Filter. My husband actually dug the trenches, so they didn't have to do that labour, and then he criss-crossed the pipes all over the place. The plumber was supposed to go down the other side of the Pool, not where my husband had dug. When the Glass Pebble Quartz people came out, they are also sub-contracted, they left their brooms on the product, causing stains on the glass pebble mix, and when we rang to ask them to repair it, Seasprays fobbed us off to say they couldn't get on to the man. I had all their phone numbers, and contacted them, but they never rectified that matter either. Also inside where the Skimmer Box is, they puttied up with their hands, leaving their fingerprints and lumps. We informed them about that, and they tried to rectify it but only went over the mess they had made. [redacted] One of the original reasons we choose them, was a work colleague also signed up with them, and we were told they would give us 10km FREE for Tipping. The closest tip is 12km away, and the Excavator wore that cost. My husband's former work colleague also billed him up with the Cleaning Costs of his neighbours property, as they left so much mess and destruction.

TIP IF YOU CHOOSE TO GO WITH THEM, CHECK YOUR CONTRACT, DON'T LET THEM DO ANY WORK ON IT WITHOUT YOU PRESENT. COMMUNICATE BY EMAIL. PHOTOGRAPH ALONG THE WAY, [redacted]

Absolute rubbish. A bunch of inexperienced cowboys tried to build it and [redacted due to personal identifier] had to kick [redacted due to personal identifier] off the job cos he tried to charge me extra without any paperwork and without viewing the extra work. A year later and the inside is stained every where and they told me it was a new type of algae which has come to life in the last year. Now they're not answering the phone and trying to avoid dealing with it as a warranty issue.
What a rubbish company. Anyone with similar experiences who would like to share?

My family and I are so happy with the result of our seaspray pool! We would just like to give credit to all the staff in the office, they were so helpful with everything throughout the process. We can't wait for summer this year!

We are very proud owners of a Seaspray pool. We wish to thank all the staff that were involved with our project. They kept us informed with the progress of the works both at permit stage which took a bit longer than we expected due to our green environment issues, and also during the building period where they always advised us of what was going to occur. The pool work was steady and conformed with the estimated time frame that we were originally told. The pool interior looks great and at night even better with the pool lights on! We are looking forward to a great time this summer with a pool that we're glad we built. Thanks Seaspray!

We built a new home and incorporated a Seaspray swimming pool in with the build. Seaspray Pools really were great with the timing of the whole construction. Very happy with our new pool and spa.

We have just had our first ever pool built by Seaspray and are wrapped with the it. Both contractors and the office have been great to deal with. Communication has been excellent. Can't wait for summer!

We found Seaspray to be excellent! You need to be aware when purchasing a pool that many factors of the construction process are out of the control of the pool company. For example, rain delays can see completion dates extended and finding rock whilst digging can mean extra costs. These are not the pool company's fault! Seaspray always returned our calls and all their workers and contractors were fantastic. And most importantly, the pool is awesome!
