Definitely the place to go for a special occasion. The meals were pricey but were filling and delicious. The service was fantastic and our glasses were never empty. The scenery and outlook of the water was also stunning and set the scene for dinner in a lovely restaurant.

unbelievably bad service for such a high class restaurant... we waited over 30mins for some of our meals to be served ( others had finished eating before we'd all gotten our food), extra drinks were added to our order and when questioned we were told that was too bad... one of the girls at our table had a roach land on her during her meal and not a single staff member came to see what the problem was when she screamed let alone apologize for such a disgusting situation happening in the first place & management didn't seem fazed by the cockroaches in the restaurant either!!! I will never dine there again and neither will the 30 people i was celebrating with! their indifference to the concerns of my guests was rude and unacceptable.

Nice place to eat - you miss out on some of the "experience" if you are not seated near the water. Quick and efficient staff - your water glass is never empty! Food is delicious but expensive - worth it for a special occassion!

For an unbeatable and beautiful restaurant you cant beat this place. The food and views are amazing and the price is pretty fair for the quality you get. The atmosphere is lovely but it can get a bit noisy when it's full

Approximate cost: $50.00

The food here is great, very tasty and quite substaintial portions. The only thing that lets them down was the service. We had to wait nearly 20 mins just to get a beer, and this was after we received our other drinks and reminded 2 staff members that we were still waiting. Other than this issue the rest of our meal was wonderful. The view is lovely and although the prices are on the high side, the meals were worth it.

This is a great seafood restaurant on the waterfront of Newcastle harbour. The seafood is fresh and reasonably priced. The service is great with friendly staff. They also have a takeaway stand out the front where you can get fish and chips cooked in the same kitchen as the restaurant food.

Approximate cost: $30
