Bought a great kitchen. Very happy with the service and quality of work from Schmidt Kitchens. Service from staff was great. Very professional, friendly, and helpful. The installation went smoothly. The kitchen was delivered on time and was installed without any hassles. Everything was done professionally and ran like clockwork. Love the finishing touches.

I wanted them to do everything from start to finish to renovate my kitchen and they delivered on their promise. Their designer was great and he took into consideration all our wishes and needs when he designed the kitchen for us. The kitchen is very functional, practical and creating an extra special effect for the house. Staff is very friendly, professional and always ready to help.

I discovered Schmidt Kitchens through a friend 10years ago and I have always used them for my high end projects for that special kitchen. The team at Schmidt have been immensely generous with their time and expert skill. They willingly travelled to the Hunter Valley on many occasssions to measure and fit my kitchens. I have received very high and professional service at Schmidt Kitchens. I have been impressed with the quality, experience and knowledge provided as well as the various options available to accommodate ones price range with great efficiency.

We entertain a fair bit, mostly for the extended family and friends, and for some time wanted to upgrade our kitchen. My husband and I considered a lot of different things — the aesthetics, functionality, the price was also very important and of course, a good product and good service.

I went to Schmidt Kitchens in Drummoyne and received a very accomodating service while I was inquiring and asking lots of questions and advice about design details for my new Kitchen.
At the time there was a 'Display Kitchen' Available for purchase and to my delight I was able to purchase my new Kitchen at a lower cost than I had originally been quoted. After finalising all the details of my purchase, the order was sign sealed and delivered. all parts, and pieces were in tact, and installed on time.
I must make it clear though, this is an intricate process, there is a lot more involved in custom building and designing a Kitchen than I knew about. From a customers point of view, I found you must make sure through your common sense, exactly what you are receiving and know what it is that you have orderd. Great service and I highly recommend Schmidt Kitchen

Very high pressure tactics employed by Schmidt Kitchens - advised if we didn't purchase the kitchen that day the offer would not stand. Pressured into giving them our credit card details over phone - never informed by Schmidt Kitchens that money non refundable and not informed that design work would cost money. There were no contracts signed although there was enormous pressure to do so - made a decision not proceed due to partner's ill health (brain tumor and radiation treatment) and tried to explain this to Schmidt manager and ask for refund of monies. Told in no uncertain terms that Schmidt do not return funds. The reality is Schmidt Kitchens have got $3300 of our money and have not purchased materials nor outlayed any expenses. Beware when doing business with Schmidt as there is little integrity and compassion.
