The staff will always try their hardest to fit you in, at a time that is suitable to you. They very rarely keep you waiting at your appointment time. If I am undecided to colour or style I want they always give me options to choose from.

Hair cut was done quite well and happy with overall service. Had no appointment and they took me in but had to wait a while. Didn't get 1 hairdresser though had about 3 different girls for 1 haircut & colour.

They price themselves as a high end salon but the quality doesn't quite match. They do an okay job, but nothing special. Their customer service is friendly but none of the staff told me their names and I was passed from person to person. They are quite accommodating with appointment times.
