Tapas-style Japanese food. We sat on the bar table in front of the sushi chef and watched him craft each piece of sushi lovingly. The food is exquisite - lovely delicate and interesting individually made Japanese tibits and superb presentation. Would have liked it more if the food was not such a wait.
