I employed a girl who had been involved with Sarina Russo in finding work - they offered a wage subsidy since the girl had been long term unemployed which involved reporting to them how many hours a weeks she did etc. Her case manager changed all the time and I found it hopeless to get in contact with them when I needed to and had to chase them up about paying out the wage subsidy, etc. Not impressed - I feel bad for anyone who has to be involved in job search through this organization, they can't even find decent long term staff themselves.
