Normally don't go with bigger companies, but the guys who came out to quote were polite, cheerful and helpful (unlike their competitors). On top of that, they were also cheaper.
In short, they did a great job. A competitor that came into quote told us our job was going to be difficult, that we would need to do a better job to prepare the site for them (ie get all the material we wanted shredded out the front) etc. Sapphire just came in and did the job - quickly, efficiently and cleanly.
It wasn't an easy job but they came in, mulched/shredded and grinded the stumps and removed all the mess. No problems.
