In an age where sadly most of our recollections of indian food (unless we are fortunate to have family or friends with ancestry and a fondness for cooking) is the food court, fast food or street side stand variety, Sankalp is a rare gem.
They serve authentic indian food, offer a full repetoire (beyond the basic 'fill me up' aloo gobi or stereotypical caucasian requests such as tandoori or butter chicken). Given the quality of food, care & skill in preparation, and attentive personalized service (they take care to accommodate dietary requirements) Sankalp offers a pleasant and good value dining experience.

Love to go to restaurant. We were used to go to these restaurants in India for their specialty in south Indian food. Very tasty food and good service.

Best South Indian food. I used to go sankalp back to India. When i come to know about it opening in melbourne, I was very excited.

It has same taste and flavour. Great variety on dosa. But they need to improve on their service.

It would be good if they have bgger tables as it is bit congested.

Delicious south indian food, It has got same tast as we use to have it in Sankalp at India. I specially like their sambar and chutneys they serve with each dish
