Sometimes you find yourself thinking about what else is out there... then you stray from what you know is good. I strayed from Sampes once or twice and have been severely dissapointed and crawl back to Sampes, mouth watering! Although you may be tempted with cheaper prices displayed by the likes of Terrarossa and Mooroolbark Pizza, you will seldome regret paying that little extra for a clear leap in quality. Owner Ren and the team down there are always friendly. Sampes are continually trying to better themselves, whether it be adding new pizzas to the menu or giving the shop a full referb. You usually gauge how good a business is but the volume of customers and whenever i go into Sampes the seats are always taken up and they were even nice enough to put in a flat screen to watch while we wait. Now thats service. Well done Sampes and you will continue to have my business as long as you keep making good pizzas.

Just moved from NSW and had a definate fave pizza place there and was stoked to find one almost as good ......it was very much up to my standards and we keep going back.

Good quality suburban pizza house. Toppings are above average. Bases are nice and thick. Haven't tried many others in the area as yet, but I'd expect you'll be happy with these guys.

Just bought a house in Mooroolbark, and wanting to try the local cuisine. Read the reviews on this site, and thought I'd give Sampe's a shot...and was glad I did!!

Whilst it's not the best pizza I've ever had (that distinction belongs to Beach House Pizza in Portland, Victoria), it's up in the top few. Crust was nice - I'm a fan of deep crust pizza - toppings were plentiful and price was pretty good - as others have said, you can get cheaper pizza's elsewhere, but it's worth paying for the quality. Will be heading back to Sampe's - hopefully soon!!

Any pizza place that can stay afloat in Mooroolbark where there are 5 others within a block radius must have something going for them. Not the cheapest out there but definitely the busiest. I've never seen this place quiet, yet never had to wait more than 20 mins for a pizza. Great quality toppings on a thick base, you get what you pay for and more

Excellent pizza's, great service. Thick bases, so if you're one who loves that, then this is the place for you. Meal deal options are good. Longer opening hours are great too.

whenever I'm getting a few brews away at a mates place in Kylsith Sampe's Pizza rates highly on our list of party on foods, good Pizza's... yummo!! and delivered quick AND they are open till fairly late too as a bonus.

I love these pizzas they are always great! The super veg pizza is fantastic! This is our number 1 choice for pizza. Love it! The olives are top quality!

OMG, I'm not a big fan of pizza and Mooroolbark as at least 5 other pizza joints, but Sampes is awesome. the base thick and delicious, the toppings generous and fresh, and the extras are great too.

well the last thing mooroolbark needed was another pizza place but i thought i would give it a go...nahhhh...with the competition in this suburb so big you have to either be really cheap or really good to compete.. i don't think they are either
