Had an issue with my car, rand a few mechanics and Sam and sons was the only place to take my call. I was able to take my car in and get it looked at within a few hours. Received a phone call regarding the issue and confirmed entire or not I was happy to proceed. I've been kept up to date regarding a part that needs to be orders. Very happy
