I only work around the corner from salt n battered, on my break I will always get the calimari pack with some beer battered chips, love love love this place. The customer service is excellent, never had a problem.

Read the review online, and we were in the area on our way home. Stopped in to get a fix of fish and chips. Of course we ended up getting some other little extras too like prawns and calamari! What a wonderful meal we had! Enjoyed it tremendously, but with our budget we can't indulge too often. It wasn't cheap, but it was great tasting and value for money. We intend to go back again. The food wasn't oily or taste oily, which is a big problem in some places. We had to wait a little, but the food was fresh and well worth it! No problems finding the place or with parking either. The shop was clean and welcoming, the staff friendly.

Our meal was amazing - the best calamari I've tasted ( I found out they cut it and marinate it themselves) and beautiful Australian snapper. My husband had a burger, it was huge filled him up!!we also had beer battered chips and aioli. Yummy. I've never had them before. The range is great from seafood , burgers,kids menu , crispy chicken, grilled salmon and all your favourites like chiko rolls and homemade potato scallops!

Great potato scallops , massive works burgers and the best beer battered chips! Love getting fresh prawns to snack on for lunch on Sundays . Staff are super friendly and helpful , just tried the grilled salmon as recommend by the owner?( I think)- it was amazing!!

My husband and I order chips and potato scallops here fairly frequently. The quality is good, however there usually is a bit of a wait during busy times (ie lunch times on Sundays). The staff are friendly. The place always appears clean and well looked after, unlike some fish and chip stores around!

We used to go here all the time because they produced nice fish and chips and were generous with their servings. However after a while everytime we went they undercooked the potato scallops and we were only able to eat round the edges. We tried going there several times, but didn't find it improved. In trying a few other places we also found out that they are a little more expensive than a lot of other places around the area.

The trays of chips are over flowing, which is nice for a change.Alot of young kids serving but helpful and very polite considering how busy they are!The kids are always busy and given great direction by the maturer staff.We go there often and always get given extra seafood.They may be a little expensive but well worth it for the quantity and quality you receive!!great work salt n battered m'downs.

Pretty good fish and chips. But I would normally drive and extra 5km's for better fish and chips if I have the time.

They are really busy but worth the wait,potato scallops to die for,and super service.Some of the staff may be young but really friendly and they offer you deals to save you $$ that counts.shops in a good position , lots to choose from on the menu even if your vego, we'l b back.
