What a real disappointment, we called in a take away order on opening to be picked up in half an hour. We went into the restaurant within the time. First thing I noticed was the stark boring white rather unappealing appearance of the restaurant, the next thing I noticed was the amount of waitresses standing about with apparently nothing to do...

We walked to the counter with no less than four waitresses... eventually someone asked if they might be of help after staring at each other... We asked for our order... They couldn't find it... The waitress went to ask again so we were standing at the bench waiting... during this time we were asked no less than 3 times by different waitresses if they could help... Seriously? We had been standing there already for about 5 minutes and they were all standing there when the first waitress asked...

Eventually our order was found... It was wrong... We had ordered and extra side of chips but we got no chips as we were not charged we didn't bother making a fuss since we had now been waiting about 10 minutes we just wanted to collect our order and go home...

They took our payment and threw our order into a plastic bag tipping the trays over... having the sauce run out...

Once we got home unpacked our order we were very disappointed in the portions sizes given the price. The soft shell crab was very nice but the portion hardly justified a main meal. The pizza they call "gourmet" well I've had better and cheaper from Domino's and it was the worse Oyster Kilpatrick I have ever had in my life. The sauce what little of it that was left in my oysters was was runny and very tasteless.

Bottom Line... I'd return perhaps if it was under new management. The service was terrible, there seems to be no communication between the staff at all, the value and quality of meal was terrible while you get a 10% discount for take away meals it also seems they deduct this from the quality and service as well.
