I had a great experience shopping at Salera's Chermside. They have really professional staff. One of their staff members, Maryam, helped me a lot in selecting my desired jewellery. She was so friendly and kind that I was thinking that I've gone shopping with my best friend! I'm so happy with my shopping experience and highly recommend them.

I bought a tissot watch for my wife from the Glen waverley store and bought it home to find that the battery was already flat. That means the watch was sitting in the store for at least a few years and i wasn't told that and i paid close to retail price. I called the store immediately and was told [redacted personal identifier] was busy and would call me back...... surprise surprise, no call back. I had to put in all the effort. Her service was blasè at best. I was told that i had to go back to the store a few days later when she would try and find another one. As a first time customer of Saleras jewellers, never again will I buy anything from them.
Also, i wasn't given my invoice in the store and had to chase it up.
Absolutely disgusted.

We bought a reasonably pricey watch on sale however it kept losing time. Instead of the store taking responsibility for the return of the watch we had to travel 40 mins (plus the inconvenience of trying to find a park in the shopping centre) to return it shortly after purchase. The watch was returned with the exterior in perfect condition yet when we phoned to enquire about what they were doing to fix or replace it we were told the watch was 'badly scratched on the back'. When questioned, they then changed it to 'there's a scratch on the back from wear and tear'. I queried this as well because it was hardly worn before we had to return it. They claim to have replaced in the inner workings of the watch but it still isn't working. Not happy with this purchase at all. To get it repaired again we'll be wasting more time on the road and more petrol. In future we'll be steering clear of this place.
