I have been renting from Run Property for about six months now. In that time, I have found numerous instances where they have lied in the condition report of the house, and also found it nearly impossible to get anyone from the company on the phone to discuss any of these issues. On the rare occasions I do get someone, I am inevitably put off with assurances of call backs that never happen.
