We purchased two rugs on two different ocassions and were greeted each time by friendly staff. This particular store is huge and their variety is extensive and cheaper compared to other dedicated rug/carpet stores in the area. You could spend an hour browsing through their collection and the great thing is, if you're not happy, bring it back and swap it for another one.
