Rubyniks is a great café at Miranda Fair with lots of seating and a big menu. They do breakfast, lunch, or just drinks. The service here is friendly. Food can be overpriced and average. Rubyniks is good, but has the potential to be great.

Staff are very unfriendly specially at RUBYNIKS Kids. They suppose to be good with kids and families and they are the worst. Specially the barista (Ellen I think) she ha8sbeen very rude. Manager is very nice. Coffee takes very long to be served even is the place is not busy. Is good location and spacious but they should pay more attention at costumer service

I can never start the the day without my dose of a decent morning coffee.

I hunted around for a cafe and discovered Rubyniks a few months back and was pleasantly surprised at the quality of the coffee and how well trained the barista was.

For the last month or so I've started to notice that there are different staff acting as baristas so the quality of their coffee has dropped dramatically which is a shame. The coffee tastes different every time and sometimes to my horror it tastes like instant, the cheap stuff you buy from a supermarket. I thought it was just me, so I started asking some of my clients in the center and it seems there are many disappointed staff and customers.

This could be due to lack of staff or simply no pride in the quality of their work. C'mon Rubyniks, pull your socks up and step up. We make the effort to stay loyal and all us coffee lovers want is to drink our coffee and sigh with delight, not waste our money and cringe.

Apart from the coffee, the staff are well mannered and dining in has never disappointed.

Last time I went to Rubyniks I ordered a coffee and cake and was really happy with what I got. The coffee wasn't too strong or burnt, which is why I was satisfied. Also, they give you decent portions for what you pay.

The staff were a little unsure exactly what was in some of the food that was on the menu and also didn't make any recommendations, but they were pleasant and well mannered.
I had french toast, it was very nice and of high quality and a decent size portion as well.
Overall a good experience although a little pricey.

This place pumps! The meals are always satisfying and the staff are lovely. good use of fresh produce and a menu that is extensive. My Sunday morning favorite.

Really good service, which is a surprise for a Westfield restaurant. The food specials are always changing and always a delight to eat. The staff are attentative without being over bearing. Coffee is the best in westfield
