The delivery is a nightmare. With lot of chasing up with the courier. I didn’t get any support from Royal Nut despite they accept my delivery address.

Finally got my parcel. I have been contacting them re a refund on an out of stock item. They didn’t response either, they have written on the invoice to refund this item but no communication at all.

The service is very poor and I will not order from them again.

Got the products delivered to my door within 4 weeks other side of the country so well done that's pretty standard now days , the product was better than expected at a good price , I highly recommend this company, and will definitely buy from them again when I run out.

It's a bit hit and miss with both service and quality of product. The staff can be friendly and then sometimes really disinterested and awkward. Some things I've bought have been of good quality and somethings not so good. I regularly buy the raw almonds, pumpkin and sesame seeds and they are pretty good. Sunflower seeds and hulled millet have too many husks still attached.
