We had a house full of blinds to install, Joe came out and gave us great advice and didn't try to push the more expensive choice on us as he felt the more simple option worked best. We were kept up-to-date as to when the blinds would be ready for installation. Ram came out and installed the blinds so quickly and efficiently! Very happy with the quality, price and service. This company installed plantation shutters and blackout blinds in out newly renovated house. Ram, the manager, was personable, helpful and willing to assist the Customer (he came and installed afterhours when we were available!). He also was the most cost effective quote we received. Very happy with the results.

I needed double roller blinds installed - 14 separate pieces in total and it wasn't all that straightforward. Based on Womo reviews, I called Ram who called me back promptly and came out to measure and show me some options.
however, I wasn't sure about colour and had asked a colour consultant to help me. Ram was more than happy to wait for me to choose. he even organised to send sample rolls of the fabrics I was after.

When I finally decided on the colour and fabric, he gave me a quote straightaway and I believe all the blinds were made and fitted in 2 weeks!!

When he came to fit it, he was fast but thorough, happy to re-fit the blinds when I thought it wasn't quite straight enough and brought a great vibe.

Now that's a 5 star customer service experience.

As for the blinds - they look fantastic! The quality is great and his price is even better. I got 3 quotes and his was the best by far. But no compromise on the quality.

We had our blinds delivered 2 days before Christmas 2013 and we are extremely pleased with them. There was no hard selling by salesman Ram and we were given plenty of choice of fabric and styles and time to decide. They were fitted by Alan who was extremely professional and helpful.
