First time to purchase 2 cubes from Rouse Hill firewood. Got it delivered & the wood was extremely dissapointing. Wood turned up covered in dirt & mud and looked like small off cuts. When we burned it was very hard to get to light and kept going out with little or no real heat. Tried contacting Rouse Hill but they didn't respond. Will be buying elsewhere from now on.
