We used to get good burgers in Roseville. not any more apparently. even the chips were poor - oversalted, over cooked and cooked in old oil

Food tastes okay. They need to change the oil more often. You can tell by the taste of the hot chips that this doesn't happen regularly. Other than that, standard options available.

This is a small family run takeaway shop that does a number of different combos of fish and chips, as well as other fast food such as hamburgers, and have a small selection of soft drinks. I have had hamburgers from this place that have been very tasty, and are fairly quick, and cheap. The last time I went here, I got a seafood basket, which was provided fairly quickly, but didn't seem all that fresh, and was a bit too greasy. The seafood basket had a good range of things in it, but they were mostly fairly disappointing, because of the lack of freshness, and the greasiness, and some of them had a slightly odd taste. I've definitely had better fish and chips elsewhere, and wouldn't buy that sort of thing from here again, but would go back for the hamburgers.
