Woeful service.
Bought roof racks in November 2020. been trying to get amended since. Left 3 detailed emails, dozens of phones calls Then the store manager gives me attitude - after finally replying in November (9 months post, and dozens of attempts). because they are understaffed. Yes - bad attitude and woefully understaffed . save your time

spent wasted time looking for a roof rack. then found these guys. went to the moorabin store. guys were awesome. they did the job on the spot and I paid less than elsewhere. great business model and staff.

I bought some roof racks from these guys early this year and they were extremely helpful and informative.
I called them today as i had bought a SUP Taxi Carrier for my roof racks and was having an issue installing them and Craig told me to come on down which i did and they helped me install them in 5mins! Very helpful and great customer service i would highly recommend these guys for all your roof rack needs! Will definately be using them in the future!
