We bought roof rack and a pod from here. Mother salesperson we saw (think he was the owner) was nice, helpful etc. the installer didn't say much at all. But the pod is incredible, it holds heaps!

Bought a set from yarraville store. Agreed on the price the day before but did not honour it as the boss said no.. The WORST thing is, does not inform before installing!!!! Make sure ask for the boss only as employee has no say in pricing. Staffs are friendly, but not empowered. Service good, feel cheated yes! For that cost, not worth the drive.

I recently purchased Rhino racks for my new work car here and the two guys here were most helpful with the selection and fitting on the racks. Very happy customer!

I purchased and installed this company's rhino racks 8 months ago. I returned with a fitting query as a result of a slight accident. The guy who served me in Mitcham was extremely helpful. Took the time, refitted the racks. Fully checked and measured them, took great care in making sure they were OK. Even provided an additional key to lock which I didn't ask for... he just offered. No charge involved. Don't recall his name though
