Bought a 1000 fairy lights December 2016. Christmas 2017, before putting the lights up, I realised that, luckily, we had avoided a fire in our house as the lights had melted. Brought this to the attention of the assistant manager and told her, I didn't have the receipt but I could find the transaction on my bank statements. She said she would talk to the manager and asked me to come back.
When I saw the manager for an answer, he was condescending. He was not interested in finding a resolution, he just thanked me to bring the problem to his attention.... refusing to consider any resolution as I didn't have the original receipt.
It used to be my go to shop, not anymore...
Beware of their Christmas lights.

I'm very unhappy with Ronies store at narrellan town centre. I was looking at an item and the price on the shelf was $4.95 reduced from 19.95. I went to the assistant that was there and asked for a price in another item. I went back to the place where I seen the ceramic lantern for 4.95 and picked up the last item. the worker said " they are under the wrong ticket and removed it and took one of the items I had in my hand and said that I could not have it of that price and that they were 8.95. and place the new ticket in its place.
Feeling upset I did see [Redacted name] about there policys and said that that was corrent and they didn't have to honor the ticket and that someone could have moved the ticket or items. I feel upset by the service and yes I do work in a large retail store and when this happens and sometimes it does, we all make mestakes but for 3 dollars for each item they have made a customer very annoyed. Merry Christmas .

I went there and asked for a lock for the front door, went i got home i had to open the pack with scissors as it hard plastic ,after 20 minutes trying to work it out i found out it has no key, it was called a privacy lock something i never heard of, I called a girl at the shop named Ema i told her i open the pack is it ok if i exchange it, she said yes as long as i had the packet, I walked to the shop at the time the weather was cool, i got there filled out the paper work the other women in charge was willing to exchange it, then she said there was a missing piece, so i told her i will go home and get it, she said ok, when i get back i can exchange it, she saw the condition the packet was it, as she took it out a few times, i walked home got the pieces buy the time i walked back it was quite hot, then i get to the shop and i re fill out the paper work, and the same women came, then she change her mind and took it to the owner , who said i should have read the packet to know it was a privacy lock,i told him i never heard of that and did not know what it ment at the time and it not my fault as there worker gave it to me, then he said he can not resell it or send it back to the company, he will not so an exchange , i was so angry, and said first i called they said it ok it open, then that women sent me home for what, fun, now they say bad luck, very unfare and i lost $10 and i am only on a pension, they never even said sorry for sending me home for nothing, and there is no head office to complain about this

Great discount variety store, the only store of it's kind in Winston Hills Mall. Great variety of household items and party accessories and they have helium balloons.

This is a cheap discount variety store next to Aldis in Winston Hills shopping mall. I was attracted by the 50% discount on winter fluffy slippers & bought a pair for only $3. It's a small store but good for bargains on household goods.
