This shop is a little away from the main food area, but it's worth taking one extra minute to walk around the corner to find it. The food was well above average, nicely cooked and presented in a box, and tasted great.

I entered there to buy a quick lunch for my daughter but I have to say i was quite impress. I'm not a big fan of take away fish and chips as the majority of them are frozen and then fried. For $6 we had a fresh piece of fish grilled,garnish with fresh parsley and hand cut fresh sweet potatoes. Very good value for money. I'll defenetelly go again on my next trip to bright. I loved the fact that all the ingredients were fresh. Friendly, onest stuff... My friend forgot her phone there and someone came out looking for us to return it

The best fish and chips we have ever tasted is at Roksalt. Fish is thick and succulent with a crunchy light batter.P.Cakes super thick and light and the chips handcut and moreish..service is quick and efficient. We never miss a feed here when in Bright.

The best Fish and Chips ever !!! and so organised with it. The place was packed but we had our order very quickly highly reccommended.

Fish and chips from Roksalt is the the best I've experienced eating ever. The service is so fast, very friendly, the shop is spotless, and the food incredible. The fish is just so fresh, the calamari the best I have EVER tasted. The fish is cooked gourmet style and rivals any restaurant, and the chips are hand cut and delicious.

excellent all round for easy and fresh take-away options that offer a little point of difference to regular fish and chips. Sauces and extras are homemade and not generic bottled tartae or seafood sauces. Food is fantastic quality and price, and the cook is hot!!!

Freshest fish, cooked how THEY like it. i.e. they'll refuse to deep-fry market fresh swordfish from this morning. Chunky chips made from real potatoes - you'll have to make your way past the sacks of spuds to collect your order. Believe me, I live here

Love fish & chips but my wife is pretty fussy. Calamari was great but couldn't believe Mrs Browny was over the moon with the Cajun Tuna (with salad). She even suggested we go back again. A big surprise that fish & chips could suit as both.
