the person at RJF Plumbing provided a lack of quality customer service over the phone. Staff was very quick and short to begin with, and as the job was about a quote of work that they don't do, they quickly hung up without closing the telephone conversation properly. I understand that we are all busy and while RJF Plumbing may provide excellent quality of work, being rude over a very short phone conversation to potential customers is not excusable.
