The pizza from this place is fantastic and their home delivery service is always really quickly. They recently changed management, but have not noticed any difference to the food/service they provide.

I have been eaten at this place twice, once when they traded under the name "Giovanni's" and under their current trading name as "Riverside Gourmet". The first time I came here was during their grand opening period when they had the $2 pasta promotions. I don't remember what exactly i ordered but i thought it was awful. I honestly felt terrible for the owner of the restaurant as the place was beautiful, next to georges river (hence the name) and the staff were all so polite. When they changed their business name to Riverside Gourmet, I thought I'd give them a second chance as everyone deserves one. I ordered (through home delivery) a garlic pizza and a chicken pizza. It tasted a tad salty but it was definitely much more impressive than the pasta they had on offer. I can't say I'd recommend it to everyone, but if you're not fussy with your food then go for it!

would i visit again? Probably not.
