I tried to phone and was told by the automated machine that the clinic was busy and to book online. I had called to discover what the sick overseas person would need to bring with her, before going to the clinic. I was on the phone for an hour. Eventually we drove to the clinic. Not once while I was there did the receptionist answer the phone. Nor were they busy. The doctor was lovely and helpful. But won't be going there again.
