I've been a happy customer of RiSC for about a year and a half now. I first went to them as they use only vegetarian, not tested on animals hair colour and products and that's important to me. I get amazing, attentive service and I feel free to speak my mind if I'm not happy about something. My stylist is an amazing colourist and I get a lot of compliments on how good my hair looks. I am very satisfied overall with RiSC.

These guys stuffed my hair colour up badly. I didn't have time for them to fix it on the day, so I had to come back a week later and they had the audacity to charge me for a wash and blowdry! My hair would not have been wet if you didn't stuff up the colour ladies! The ladies seem very nice people - but I can't bear to EVER go back there again. And they are way overpriced for all their services...

I needed to get my hair done for a formal occasion. Was very happy with the service. I was asked to bring in any pictures, accessories that I would like for them to incorporate into my hair which they did. They are very attentive to to what I wanted, my hair turned out very nice, was very pleased I chose RiSC, great experience
