Visited here recently, getting ready for our family holiday needed some beachwear, they had the volume of sales staff to provide great service though there wasn't much of it.
Was trying on garments only to find that no one was coming to my requests "Excuse me", "Anyone there", "I need other sizes" .

They were quite friendly however when I walked in and said hello, I'l give them that.

They did have some good specials

With outlets you usually expect the prices to be significantly lower than retail prices. This was the case for Rip Curl. A decent variety of products available ranging from surf to snow products. Customer service is okay, given that it's an outlet it can get very busy and staff members can get stressed. Overall a decent place to shop for cheap surf/snow products.

Great service, friendly staff, they helped me get exactly what I was looking for & didn't have to pay too much
