i can't believe how rude the receptionist was. i called to askabout their fees and the receptionist gave me attitude and she accused me of being a competitor clinic! She's like - "where are you calling from..." in this really rude tone. i told her my suburb. and there was this pause and she said... are you from another clinic? If they're this rude to new customers...imagine what the future holds! i will not even set foot in this hole.
