Cathy, is an amazing lady. Although being in my late 40's this is the first time I have had to source and understand in detail how a home mortgage works.

Cathy was so... so…… professional and patient with my silly questions.

She shared my passion of wanting to provide a permanent home for me and my 3 children. Cathy stepped me through the whole process, at all times retaining her professional , honest integrity. I had often heard Mtg Brokers to be shoddy and dodgy and that you end up being further out of pocket.

NO not true...... I did not pay a cent to have this amazing lady.

To cut a long story short after receiving a knock back from the first bank approached, Cathy did not give up . Finance was obtained and everything went so smoothly. Just as Cathy said it would. I now have fixed my Home Loan with Cathy's help. She has definitely helped me to achieve a dream and I would not hesitate to recommend her to anyone.

Towards the end of the last financial year my work car suffered a major breakdown. My mechanic took a look but, sadly, declared it to be not worth fixing... So I was suddenly in need of a new vehicle and, to add to the stress, had to arrange finance and complete the purchase within two days to qualify for tax deductions in the then current financial year. Once I'd found a car I called Cathy Anthony, from Right Choice Mortgages and Leasing in Koo Wee Rup to see if there was any way of arranging financing. Now this was at about 3pm on the 2nd last day of the financial year so I was pessimistic that it could happen but Cathy took the bit between her teeth and by 7pm that evening had all the paperwork organised and submitted. The settlement occurred the following morning and I took delivery of a shiny new mazda in the afternoon. I cannot speak too highly of the job Cathy and her team did to make this happen. Cathy is a true professional; she explained clearly what needed to be done, was prompt in forwarding the application forms and insurance confirmation and courteous and timely in responding to my questions. A job well done.

Cathy treated our loans as if they were her own. She tailored our loans to our needs - all with a friendly smile! Cathy has helped us with investment loans, construction loans, and a whole portfolio restructure. I look forward to working with Cathy again on our next new project!
